Asparagus is one of my favorite signs of spring. And there is plenty of asparagus now, at the supermarket, farmer’s markets and farmstands.

You can use them to make a delicious risotto, you can use them as an elegant compliment to a tenderloin, and you can simply grill them with a little olive, salt and pepper.
